I offer skilled, experienced and innovative work in a range of brief therapies to those who wish to do the work required towards personal change:
Based In Southern Spain (near Nerja), I am a Neurolinguist (Master Practitioner NLP), Clinical Hypnotherapist and Licensed Practitioner of Integral Eye Movement Therapy. I am also a Certificated Healer and Advanced Practitioner of PSYCH-K®.
Before moving to my present therapeutic practice I had 15 years experience teaching movement and dance, the latter five years of that period working therapeutically in classes, workshops and retreats for women. I retain a particular interest for movement and gesture in my present work. I have a degree in Art and Design and have experience of mental health nursing. |

The mind holds an inner sanctuary which is the home of our most intimate wisdom about Life when its good and about Life when its not so good. Life you Choose is about learning to look for options, to look for a greater perspective, discovering choice where it seems there is none.
My work is informed by the latest in scientific discovery; for example in neuro- plasticity and cellular biology, as well as traditional and modern methods of healing and personal change-work. I have a specialist interest in anxiety in women and have worked in that field for the last four years. |
